#Shuttle Loading System

Shuttle Loading System

  • Load racks onto the queuing conveyor system
  • Shuttle picks up a rack and delivers it to the next available washer, loads washer and starts the cycle
  • Shuttle can be “suspended” to manually load an emergency rack into an open washer
  • Various load queue capacities to meet your throughput needs and available space
  • Provides single point loading, from a cart, onto the system

Dedicated Conveyor Loading

  • Load racks onto the input queuing conveyor in front of a specific washer
  • Conveyor will auto load the rack into the washer, and start the cycle, when the washer becomes available
  • Single rack load conveyor capacity
  • Provides a more familiar method of direct loading from a cart
#Cross Conveyor Unloading System

Cross Conveyor Unloading System

  • Washer automatically unloads rack onto the cross-conveyor system
  • Rack travels to unload/load station in front of the return window
  • Full racks can be removed onto a cart at this location. Empty racks can be loaded to return to the Decontam side.
  • Racks can also be left on the conveyor and clean instruments removed from the rack
  • Unload conveyor capacity of one rack
  • Provides single point unloading and rack return

Dedicated Conveyor Unloading

  • Washer automatically unloads racks onto the output conveyor
  • Dock cart and then automatically unload from the conveyor to the cart
  • Empty racks are loading onto the return line to go back to the decontam side
  • Various return line rack capacities to fit your throughput needs and available space
  • Provides a more familiar method of direct un-loading to a cart

Loading and Unloading Sides

Simple, easy to use auto load and unload conveyors provides queuing of racks and keeps your washers busy, minimizing idle time and improving efficiency.

  • Load the rack onto the conveyor from the transport cart
  • Washer will automatically load from the conveyor as soon as it is available.
  • Cycle automatically starts
  • Unloads the rack onto conveyor as soon as the cycle is complete, freeing up the washer for the next rack

Assisted Load, Auto Unload

When space does not allow for a loading queue conveyor, the assisted load, with auto unload, is a great solution. The assisted load reduces the effort for the user to load the rack and the auto unload ensures that the washer is ready for the next wash load as soon as possible.

  • Dock the cart, the door automictically opens
  • Push the rack an inch or so and the auto load takes over, loads the rack, closes the door, and starts the cycle
  • Rack is automatically unloaded onto the conveyor when the cycle is complete

 

Assisted Load and Unload

When space is very constrained, yet the personnel can benefit from assisted load and unload, this is the optimal solution.

  • Dock the cart, the door automictically opens
  • Push the rack an inch or so and the auto load takes over, loads the rack, closes the door, and starts the cycle
  • When the cycle is done, dock the cart on the unload side, press one button and the rack unloads onto the cart
